Brookings Window Cleaning has been in the family since 1984. Today it's run by Paul Lopez, who's spent close to twenty years of his own in the trade — the same route, the same standard, the same coast.
My family has been cleaning windows here since 1984. I'm second generation, and I've spent nearly twenty years doing the work myself.
I built our water-fed trailer rig myself. The purified water and reach poles are staged before we arrive, so we can work cleanly without leaning ladders against the siding. One job was quoted elsewhere at $700 and two days. We finished it in about 2.5 hours.
Glass restoration is my specialty. I remove hard-water and mineral etching, oxidation, and overspray that a regular cleaning will not touch. Sometimes the glass needs more than a wipe, and I know how to bring it back.
We're one crew working in two states, from the Southern Oregon coast to the Northern California coast. You see the same people, and I stand behind the work.
Twice a year is the rhythm that works here: a full clean, then an off-season quick wash. No contract — we just remind you when it's due.
Family since 1984. I've spent nearly twenty years on this coast myself — not a franchise, not a call center. You can reach me directly.
Every home, every storefront — and the hard-water etching most cleaners just wipe over. Restoring that glass is what I'm known for.
Brookings' mild coastal climate means your windows work year-round — so do we. Twice a year keeps salt and hard water from setting in; we remind you when it's due.
The same trusted faces, job after job, year after year — not a rotating crew of strangers.
